A New Season: My Path to Spiritual Awakening and Authentic Living

Reflecting on this year, it’s clear how much I’ve evolved. I’ve transitioned from being intensely goal-driven to embracing a calmer, more aligned approach.
Tonight, chatting with my spiritual coach, I realised a significant change in my energy. I used to chase success with urgency, but now, post-marriage and embracing my faith, my outlook has shifted. I’ve learned to let go, trusting God to steer my journey.
A key moment this year was opening up about being autistic. Speaking at Sony for Black History Month, intersecting neurodiversity and creativity, was pivotal. It empowered me to publicly embrace my identity, adding a voice to a under represented group.
Now, as I look back, I see my ambition hasn’t diminished; it’s simply transformed.
This new chapter is about freedom, not pressure. Just like my spontaneous day trip to Paris for lunch – a delightful, liberating experience I wouldn’t have considered before.
