Do you remember the last time you tripped up and fell over?

Do you remember the last time you tripped up and fell over?

Because I do.

The last time I tripped up and fell over was in 2022. I remember it clearly. I was coming out of Sainsbury’s in Bedford wearing these oversized pink chiffon Zara trousers, rushing from the car to run inside quickly before picking up the children. My left toe got caught in the back of the right hem and I just went flying forward. My phone, keys and purse slid dramatically across the concrete while I landed right near the entrance doors.

And I remember the very first thing I did. Before I had fully got up. I looked around to see if anyone had seen me. Is this something we are born with?
Because children often do the opposite. I saw a child fall over and they just stayed on the floor crying loudly. They don’t conceal the fall. The more visible you become, the more mistakes people will witness.

Leaves falling 🍂 usually Indicates a season change. Maybe falling is just indicating we are growing.
