Stepping out of my comfort ZONE šŸšŠ

Happy Monday,

As many of you know, Iā€™m always up for stepping out of my comfort zoneā€”especially when it comes to my career. Today is no different as I'm on my way to London for a meeting with my business partners at Revolution Radio. Iā€™m thrilled to announce that I've been appointed as a new director!

Itā€™s a big leap from hosting my Feel Good Friday Show, which has reached millions of listeners over the last year. The show allows me to express myself through the music I love and discuss topics that are close to my heart: mindset, confidence, autism, mental health, and the latest in popular culture.

However, let me share something with you that makes me genuinely uncomfortable: Public Transport.

As I've gotten older, my tolerance for dirt has plummeted. I get hyper-focused on cleanliness, and today the sunny skies tempted me into wearing a skirt, making the typical carpeted train seats a no-go in my book. But I thought, "Itā€™s only a 50-minute ride. You got this."

Then, a young girl hopped on the train and plopped her feet up on the seat. My first instinct was to say something, but instead, I chose silence. This stretched me in ways you wouldnā€™t believe. The episode was a clear reminder that stepping out of our comfort zones isnā€™t just about grand gestures like career changes; it's also about these little moments where we confront our fears or irritations and decide how to handle them.

So, today's takeaway? Sometimes the universe tests our limits in the most unexpected of ways. Whether you're stepping into a new role or simply biting your tongue on a dirty train, life is all about embracing discomfort as a pathway to growth.

Don't be afraid to get a little "dirty" in the pursuit of your dreams!

Sending you all positive vibes! āœŒšŸ¾
