The Art of Storytelling in Speaking.
By Ife Thomas
When I first started telling stories, I thought every detail mattered. I’d include every thought, every moment.
The result?
I’d lose people halfway through.
It wasn’t until I learned the real art of storytelling that I understood:
• Less is more.
• It’s about connection, not perfection.
And when you’ve practiced enough, the moments that truly land often aren’t even in your script. It’s the off-the-cuff moments that stick.
Confidence comes with repetition, practice, and showing up prepared to freestyle.
