The featured speakers will experience the same live coaching sessions as the members of The Speaker Room, but there are several important additions that are included in the full cohort membership:
- at least 90 minutes of extra 1-to-1 sessions directly with Ife to privately craft their specific story and polish the delivery of the talk;
- they get to interact with Ife, invitied coaches and other featured speakers by asking questions and discussing the material directly during the live sessions;
- they get direct contact with Ife as their coach 24/7 throughout the 90 days of the programme;
- after the last session the featured speakers get a professional photo-shoot and showcase reels recorded in a studio to initiate their speaking portfolio.
