I found out I was autistic at 30 years old.
My coping strategy was building systems in my mind to remember social norms.
I studied people’s microexpressions, tone changes, and subtle shifts in energy.
Every day my brain became a radar, scanning for clarity, meaning and for connections.
And that… became my superpower.
Today, that same system helps me do what I do best, help people find their story, craft it and lead with it.
I can see what others can’t see.
I can hear what’s not being said.
I can identify when someone’s story is missing a connection.
Autism didn’t make me less human.
It made me more attuned to humanity.
Everyone’s has a brillant story, my job is to help you share it with impact.
I love what I get to do!
In my Lead with Story Masterclass I will breakdown how to find your own story.
