“If you could have a superpower, what would it be?”

“If you could have a superpower, what would it be?”

Those words echoed from my 10-year-old son last week. Today, as he turns 11, that question resurfaces. Initially, I thought about mind-reading, but then Clive Gott’s words struck me: it’s none of your business what others think of you. So, I told my son I’d think about it. 


Now, I know. My superpower would be to freeze time, to savor these beautiful moments with him, keeping him at 11 just a bit longer.
