The Three Mirrors of Radical Honesty Six Months. Ten Years. Three Books. One Truth.

Over the past ten years, I’ve written three books each one a reflection of who I was becoming.

But this latest framework, The Three Mirrors of Radical Honesty, is different.
It was born out of the last six months of my life six months of complete truth.

It might look like it came together quickly,
but it was forged in experience.
It was shaped by honesty.

After my 21-year marriage ended, I did what I’ve always asked my clients to do, 

I sat with the truth.

And when I looked closely, I realised something powerful.
Every single person I’ve ever worked with from CEOs to students, has experienced the same thing.

At some point, we’ve all abandoned ourselves.

We’ve stayed quiet when we should have spoken up.
We’ve smiled while breaking inside.
We’ve said “I’m fine” when we weren’t.

That internal conflict?
That’s cognitive dissonance, the mental tension between what we know and how we live.

And it’s one of the biggest causes of burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion, especially for high performers.

Because when your inner world doesn’t match your outer world, you start to disconnect from yourself.

I realised I was out of alignment and it was costing me my peace, my energy, and my health.
So I created a framework to bring myself (and others) back into balance.

The Mirror We Look Into — The courage to tell ourselves the truth.

The Mirror We Hold Up — The bravery to tell others the truth.

The Mirror We Allow Others to Hold up.
The grace to hear the truth about ourselves.

When these three mirrors are in alignment, we come home to ourselves.
We think clearer. We lead better. We live lighter.

Because honesty isn’t confrontation — it’s connection.
It’s how we create trust, peace, and freedom.

So here’s the question I’ll leave you with:

Where in your life are you out of alignment?

The truth might sting for a moment…
But living a lie will drain you forever.
