What’s your leadership style, analysis or popularity?

What’s your leadership style, analysis or popularity?

A few years ago, I watched a film called “Don’t Look Up.”
The premise?

An asteroid was hurtling towards Earth, and the people in charge, the leaders, had no idea what they were doing.

They were winging it. Making decisions based on popular opinion.

Listening to the loudest voices.
And the result? Catastrophic.

It got me thinking…
Conviction is powerful.

But conviction without analysis can be reckless.
Confidence inspires.

But confidence without data can be dangerous.

Every cause has an effect.
Every decision has a ripple.

Too many leaders make choices based on the most liked person in the room, the one with the biggest following, or the one who simply talks the loudest.

That’s not leadership.
That’s gambling.

Inside the House of Leadership, we believe in something different.

Our framework is radical honesty and it rests on three simple pillars:

Analyse – gather the data, the facts, the truth.

Present – lay it all out clearly, so nothing hides in the shadows.

Review – reflect, refine, and check the impact.

Leadership isn’t about looking up or looking down.

It’s about looking closely, seeing things as they really are.

Because when you make decisions from radical honesty, you don’t just protect yourself… you protect everyone who is counting on you.

I’ll ask again…
What’s your leadership style? Is it analysis or popularity?
